About: Colchester General Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

I needed to go to A&E on the morning of 13th August.

Staff were caring and organised.

I was given the best sling ever for my dislocated shoulder ie truly fit for purpose.

I've just had a follow up out patients appt with the team.

I was impressed by how well orgnanised the system is now.

I was seen on time at 2.40.

Staff were courteous and friendly.

The Dr was knowledgeable, listened, was helpful and has arranged for further follow up.
