My dad was in ward 6 the care and patients of the staff was second to none even under a great deal of stress and pressure due to lack of staff they were even using staff from other wards, nothing was a bother to them, he was then moved to ward 4 talk about chalk and cheese dirty commode sitting while meals were getting served when asked if it could be moved was told when I get a minute! ! ! Surely this was a priority when patients are eating, dirty dressings left on, medication not given as couldn't find it, as certain nurses attitude was awful regardless of how busy they are there is no need to be ignorant and abrupt.
"How is the care so different in each ward"
