About: Victoria Hospital / Day Intervention Unit

(as the patient),

Came in for day surgery removal of two wisdom teeth. Everyone was fabulous I cant fault them. All staff were quick and efficient and put me at ease. Hazel, Keren and Craig were outstanding in before and after care they kept me cheery and gave me my favourite yoghurt. Cannot fault them at all you need a good laugh at times like this. Thanks! ! . Sorry I cant remember everyones names but staff were brilliant.

Hi echote96,

Firstly a huge thanks for taking the time to give us some feedback and for sharing your experience with others who may benefit from it.

Whilst its not suitable for every occasion, I feel that if any of the team can make a patient smile or laugh, then it makes your journey through our department much more bearable and maybe even less traumatic, and in your case, this was further improved when you got your favorite yoghurt!:o)

I have fed back your comments to all of our team and they're chuffed to hear such positive feedback, so a huge thanks to you for your kind winds.
