"Excellent and speedy care received in A&E"

My partner was admitted to A&E via an ambulance. From the paramedics who first treated him, to all members of staff who we dealt with that night, they were all very good. We were seen immediately and he was sent down for an x-ray and an MRI within a few hours. The treatment he received was very speedy and also thorough. Later on he was transferred to a private room for the night before being transferred to the RVI the next day. I can’t fault the A&E department in any way, although a difficult situation, the staff were caring and efficient and the department seemed well organised, friendly, and clean. We were thankful of receiving such good care.
