"FED UP!!!!!"

About: The Alexandra Surgery

I was asked to take a urine sample bottle from the reception before leaving, my GPS rooms, and to return it on my next visit.

The urine sample bottle was labelled with someone else's details and was handed to me.

I am a Registered nurse. This is just beyond me. ( and it was quiet in the reception area, all were chatting and socialising amongst each other)

Next incidence. I have Eustachian tube chronic inflammatory episodes. I have had this for 6 months without treatment. Then my lymph glands in my neck swelled up suddenly. So I went to This practise and my GP says to me... "I can't tell if it's the Eustachian tube is infected but I'll treat your lymph glands with antibiotics" I told her that the reason why my lymph glands were swollen was because my Eustachian tube had been so painful for so long and I've taken nothing for it. IIve just finished 10 days of co amoxiclav. And I now, have a fever for the first time because all along it was my eustachian tube which is now really painfully.... but she refused to listen. I'm fed up.
