About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute) / General medicine

(as a service user),

I attended the minor injuries unit and was so impressed with the service and attention I received. From the reception staff to the nurse practitioner, Sarah, all were friendly and efficient. The total amount of time I was there was a mere 20 minutes! How is that for service. Well done NGH.
