"Excellent hospital,excellent people ,excellent..."

They always answered the phone ,i arrived 1 hour early for my pre opp appointment ,they moved my appointment forward ,the staff are very polite and very accommodating ,made general chat and informed me of everything i asked about and more ,the hospital is clean and modern , i went in for my knee operation at 8.30 i was out by 12 o'clock ,they followed up with a phone call the next day , this experience has made up for the bad experiences i have had over the last 8 months with some other organisations , thanks to all the staff and i would recommend blacklands to everybody ,hopefully my knee will be fixed and i will be back to work and my usual hyperactive self !!!!!
