"Very difficult to get to see a doctor within..."

The delay for an appointment is at the moment 4 weeks, even for a routine telephone appointment I'd have to wait 2 weeks.

Also, though patients are "encouraged" to see always the same doctor in reality it is next to impossible. Unless of course one is prepared to wait and wait and wait.

However all the staff is friendly and tries to help.

The doctors I have seen so far gave clear explanations and advice, were reassuring yet were quick to refer to hospital for further exploratory procedures if deemed necessary.
