I was extremely pleased with my visit to the drop in blood test service. I was able to use the disabled parking and lift, which were well signposted and clean. I am not an easy person to get blood from and have a tendency to faint, but the staff were kind and sympathetic. However the phlebotomist got blood on the first attempt and I didn't even feel faint. Thank you very much to all staff there for a great service.
