About: Derriford Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

Today I had an operation to remove a nodule on my vocal cords at the Freedom Unit, Derriford Hospital.   From the moment I arrived, staff were kind, caring, patient and treated me with dignity and respect.   I can honestly say that everyone I encountered was amazing.   I am truly grateful and appreciative of everything they did for me.
