Unfortunately I had to visit department last night after sustaining an injury, the department was busy but staff must be commended for their excellent care and attitude, the whole journey  reception, triage and treatment was excellent. Many thanks to the  fantastic ANP nurse who treated me , she took time to explain what was going to happen, ensured I had sufficient pain relief and performed the treatment very swiftly and gave me advice regarding on-going care of the wound. The whole team made an unpleasant experience bearable, many thanks .
