About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital

I have visited this department on three occasions, the last was yesterday. The friendliness , care and professionalism is excellent . From the reception to the nurses to Staff nurses to the consultant and even the volunteers who help. No one could have looked after me better. Well done all of you.

We are pleased to hear that your experience of our Endoscopy unit has been so positive on all the occasions you have used it.

Not only does this show the team is meeting the needs of the patient but they are achieving this consistently with friendly, caring and professional staff.
