"Rude !!"

Been with this surgery a number of years but its got so bad now the reception staff are so rude its unreal they even have a job .there is only one reception lady who is lovely and always polite and takes time to talk to you . I rang today feeling rather upset and down so rang the surgery to made to feel even worse than when i rang. Serioulsy think the surgery needs to look at its staff closely understand they are busy but the is no reason to be so rude on the phone .people ring the surgery for help not to be made to feel like there nothing . Shame on you reception staff . ..
