"Excellent Doctor and exemplary Reception Team"

My father is a patient at Violet Lane Medical Practice and as his power of attorney I have contacted the practice for help and assistance for a number of years. I must say I have to contact quite a number of services on behalf of my father but none of them quite match the exemplary service I receive from this Surgery, which given the stressful environment, is commendable. The reception team are outstanding and have always gone out of their way to help me. My father's Doctor is outstanding, again having to work in an extremely stressful environment, but yet always professional and caring. I also appreciate his straightforward and honest approach.
