(as the patient),

I visited Kirkcaldy Victoria hospital today and was admitted to the Day intervention ward.  I would like to put on record just how grateful I am for the excellent treatment I received.  The staff on the ward, Craig,  Kerran and Alison just could not have been kinder.  They showed care and compassion to everyone on the ward and made a worrying time so much more acceptable.  The hospital should be proud of these nurses.   My treatment with the Radiology team was also excellent and I really can not see how the service could be any better.

Thank you for such positive feedback on your experience, I will make sure that the Radiology team are made aware. It's unavoidably worrying to come for tests or treatment and it's good to hear that this was made more acceptable.
