Dear All in the department

You saw my son on Friday afternoon, with a broken foot, which had happened at the local Boomtown Festival.

Thank you so much for your expertise, care and attention, he also has Hughes Syndrome/APS which can complicate things.

He is now back home and preparing to go to his local hospital at Ipswich with the medical documents you gave him.

Thank you again, you are all very much appreciated.
