"Minor Injuries"

Visited the minor injuries dept on Wednesday 8th August with my mum (maggie).

Mum had had a fall and her elbow area was bleeding and the skin ripped open. She was treated in a courteous manner, she was made to feel at ease and every procedure was explained to her.

She had to have stitches and the whole experience was pleasant.

The staff were knowledgeable, pleasant and well mannered.

Special thanks to two members of staff. This service should be used more often.
