"Excellent service"

About: Stroud General Hospital

Arrived at 9.05 am. Seen by receptionist to book in, how refreshing to be greeted with a smile and sense of humour, barely sat down and we were in triage ; my 90yr old gramp was treated with respect and compassion.

Everything explained clearly loudly (as he's a little deaf) directly to my Gramp.

Xray and pain relief given seen by the nurse and back out the door with treatment plan. Minor injury units should be used more, especially as the staff are excellent and thorough at their job.
