"Excellent out patient service"

I have had three monthly out patient visits to the eye hospital in the last three months. On each occasion I have had to see a number of departments within the eye unit. The speed and efficiency of the service was very impressive and on each occasion it took no more than an hour to be seen by first the nurse, then the photo scanning department and finally the doctor.

Fast but at no time did I feel I was being hurried along and was shown the utmost courtesy.

The final visit was unscheduled as I had a further problem with my eye.

I rang up the hospital and I was seen less the 24 hours later, a fantastic service.
