"Moved appointment but did not tell me?!"

Had fasting blood test appointment booked for Fri 24th Aug.

Called to change it and they had already moved it to Thur 23rd Aug as nurse had switched her day off but nobody had told me!

I would have been furious if I had taken that day off work only to turn to find it was the day before!

No real apology given and was told to write in to Complain as receptionist could not mention to anyone. Really??

Appreciate mistakes happen but to move a patient's appointment and not tell them is pretty poor.
