(as a relative),

I would like to thank all the doctors and staff in Ward 44 for the care and attention given to my Mum during her 3 week stay in Ward 44.  My mum is 87 and was very ill, I am glad to say she is now back in her Care Home and continuing to improve.

The care and support given to my Mum and myself was excellent.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your opinion of your mum's care during her recent admission to the Ward.

I am pleased to read that you were happy with the care and attention she received from both medical and nursing staff during her stay with us. We strive as a team to provide the best person-centered care nursing care and I'm so pleased you felt we achieved this during your mum's admission. Your feedback means a lot and I will make sure that it is passed on to both the medical and nursing teams.

On behalf of our SCN Katie and the rest of the team, we hope that your mum continues to improve back in her care home.
