The staff here have been absolutely fantastic ever since I joined the surgery. They have always seen me and my daughter promptly and made me feel at ease. The doctors and nurses are all extremely professional and well worth the wait. There’s always someone on the end of the phone to help and the doctors really do try their best to accommodate for last minute appointments and telephone advice. They take quite a lot of flack from people moaning about wait times but I have always found the timings very reasonable considering how much work staff have to put in. They really do deserve a medal for how caring and helpful they are as a whole. Fantastic. 10/10
