Dear Lils

I am sorry to hear that you felt forgotten at a very emotional time in your life but am glad that you report your baby was wonderfully cared for. I wonder if you could get in touch with me to explain a little more about what happened so we can address some of the issues and learn for the future.

I hope you are now well recovered and enjoying your new baby.

Karen
