Took my wife to A&E this morning with twisted knee injury. Got triaged (Stream nurse) in 10 minutes. Seen by nurse practitioner, X-rayed, seen by doctor and given self treatment advice. Out in 90 minutes. Treated with great respect by genuinely concerned staff.
Absolutely lovely people!
