We are so lucky to be able to get an appointment free of charge to see a Dr.
My visit today met all of my expectations. The waiting area was clean, tidy, relaxing. The Dr was professional yet personable. Listening to all my concerns and actioning the plan of care that we agreed.
The receptionist was very patient with me whilst I was flicking through my diary looking for availability.
An excellent service, thank you Team Westgate.
