"Lovely friendly staff, made an unpleasant..."

I visited the Endoscopy unit, in the Appleton Wing. This was for a bowel scope screening, not the most pleasant thing to get done.

The lovely ladies at the unit made me feel comfortable, and reassured about the procedure. The procedure was a little uncomfortable for me, but the brilliant staff were very gentle and caring with me.

They explained before the procedure, what to expect. After the procedure, they explained things to me, and I was given some information. They were professional and very friendly throughout. A very big thank you, to the team. xxx
