(as the patient),

I was referred on a fast track appointment so as you can imagine I was quite apprehensive, but the staff from the receptionists through to the consultant were all fantastic and put me at my ease. I’m pleased to say that nothing was found.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post about your experience on Endoscopy at Pilgrim.

Staff on the Endoscopy Units realise how daunting a visit to the unit can be due to the nature of the procedures and potential outcome. As such, they all try very hard to do all they can to try and put the patients at ease, and it is always good to know that they achieve this.

I am delighted that your test was clear and wish you well in the future.

Once again many thanks for posting your comments and I will ensure that the staff on the unit are aware
