"Good care at Larbert"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

I had a fluid drain for Liver disease. Three days stay in Larbert 3 rd floor , GI. Staff couldn’t be more informative and caring. Despite obviously having a huge workload

I always felt they had enough time to be caring.

The consultant , the nurses, particularly Rachael was a superb example of the NHS at it’s best.

Dear Murray mint,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your recent experience. I'm delighted to hear that the team involved in your recent stay made you feel well informed and cared for.

I'll pass on your feedback to the GI team, I'm sure they will appreciate it as much as I do.

Best wishes

Patrick
