(as a relative),

From the ambulance crew, A& E  staff and all staff in ward 23 in the Victoria hospital the care my mum received was fantastic, nothing was too much bother everyone was very kind. THANK YOU

On behalf of ward 23 thank you for finding the time to share your mother's recent experience with admission to the Victoria Hospital. I'm sorry your mother had to be admitted to hospital but delighted to hear that throughout her journey with the NHS everyone was fantastic and nothing was too much bother. I will pass your thank you on to all the staff on ward 23 by sharing your story on care opinion with the staff.
