Despite a friend bringing change of clothing, I was left in my vomit covered top for several days, such a degree of violence was used that I needed an x ray of my wrist as it was suspected to be broken. No check to verify who should have been nearest relative allowed someone with a grudge to try and get me sectioned on a 3, when the Tribunal met, it was revealed that up to 20 times dose had almost been administered. They lost my expensive spectacles, only finding them over 20 weeks later with other belongings, after I had replaced them as unable to see to read without them. Despite having a serious life long physical condition, this was not given due consideration and led to an eye infection that needed antibiotics. In for nearly three weeks, I was not allowed any contact with my dying mother who was desperate for contact, no phone calls, no visits to the outside world, no visitors at all for the first three days. The notes gave no justification or reason for this. The Chain smoking filled my room with smoke.
