The Fern Medical Practice well and truly raised to the occasion when I recently needed an urgent assistance. I was very impressed and touched by their kindness and generosity.
It may not be an urgent request to most but for a mother whose daughter was naturally stressed with her A Levels exam was then very unwell with a query of glandular fever prior to her 1st paper. It was crucial that a letter from a GP be presented in order to allow my daughter some much-needed extra time during her exam.
The Fern Medical Practice was very supportive and acted on my request immediately. The letter was emailed to her tutor within 24 hours!
