The support I have received from the nurses has been brilliant. I have other health issues as well as diabetes and have struggled to control the illnesses and symptoms. I have always been supported and encouraged to help myself with gentle persuasion and advice rather than any form of scare methods.
I have changed my diet and have lost weight and at my latest review on 02/08/2018 I was showed the results of my latest blood test. All of my negative results ie. Cholesterol, fatty liver, blood sugars ECT, have all showed marked improvements.
The nurse made me feel brilliant and the appointment was a really happy event.
I have mental health issues that is mainly based on mirror image. I came out of the appointment feeling really happy and positive.
The nurse did more than show me results, she celebrated them with me.
Amazing nursing and caring skills.
