"Dreadful Staff"

Abrupt reception not just towards me, but as I sat waiting no-one was made to feel welcome either at the desk or on the telephone.

Doctor told me he didn't know why my GP had sent me there. Said that there was nothing wrong and that I should wear glasses. This was after I'd said wearing glasses has not resolved the problem. Pretty much sent away as though I was a time waster, eyesight is deteriorating and I now dont know who to turn to.
