"Disgraceful doctors surgery!"

I have been at this surgery for 29 years (North Street), I am a blood donor and a bone marrow donor for the NHS. I recently moved a 5 minutes further and I receive a letter confirming I am no longer part of the catchment area and visit an NHS website, low and behold I did that and Boroughbury Medical Centre came up!! Absolutely disgusting, I have registered at another GP in town which is further away and they accepted me! I read the NHS website which advised if you are not within the catchment area it means the GP's are not obliged to visit you at home - Which is fine, but I was completely taken off the doctors register!! I have taken my complaint higher as I am disgusted, I do my best for the NHS and helping others by donating organs, blood and bone marrow and this is the thanks you get! Why do I pay my NI!?? I also work in town so this GP practice was perfect!! Absolutely joke, manager said she would call me back...did she heck!
