"No way to make contact"

I broke my big toe recently and went to the William Harvey Hospital (Ashford). Everything went very well, but they told me someone from the Virtual Fracture Clinic was going to call me and schedule an appointment. Well, the thing is, I left 4 voice mails, 2 text messages, and even cared to give a response. I pay all my taxes, and this is how I'm treated, I'm really frustrated with the service. Worst than that, there is no other way to contact these people, no email, no other phone number, simply a dead-end.

Extremely disappointed.
