I was extremely sorry to hear about your experience in the Emergency Department . It is not the expected standard of care for our patients. The senior team in the Emergency Department has reminded all staff that all patients must be treated with courtesy and dignity.

If you would like to talk to me about your experience, please contact Waseema in our PALS department on northmid.pals@nhs.net or call 020 8887 3172, and she will pass your details on to me

I hope you are now feeling much better

Kind regards,

Anna-May Charles

Deputy Head of Nursing ED
