The Elms Practice was perfectly supportive throughout the final 6 months of my mother's life. At all times the family were given the advice we needed, and doctors called at the house as required. As result, we were able to keep our extremely ill mother at home to the very end. Our gratitude for this knowledge, patience and general support is boundless.
