"GP feedback"

I usually find all of the staff at this surgery to be efficient, kind and attentive. However, on GP is the exception! I have seen them twice now and can hardly believe how poor their manner is. At my first appointment they failed to listen and couldn't have been more disinterested. During my second appointment today they were extremely rude to me, my husband and my two year old daughter.

We visited because my daughter has been refusing to take antibiotics. We wanted to get some advice or reassurance. The doctor failed to listen again and, in essence, told us that we were stupid! As we walked out, my two year old said that she had been scared. I don't understand why this GP is so unpleasant to us.
