"inadequate GP service"

It is now over two years since I last had a regular appointment with a GP. I again tried to make an appointment today at Kersiebank Medical practice to be told I either need to turn up at 8: 30 and queue in the limited hope of an appointment at a random time during the day or phone after 14: 30. As I work in Fife, starting at 07: 00, often in an area of the factory where phones are not permitted as they can be a hazard, it appears my only option is to take a series of holidays in the hope that I can eventually see a doctor as it is not possible to book an appointment in advance.
