"Thanking the Paramedics"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital / Accident and emergency

On the 14th April at approx 0050 I called for an Ambulance as I had severe pain in my right side and couldn't breathe properly. The Paramedics arrived very quickly and they were fantastic from start to finish. They gave me Salbutamol and also did an ECG, this alone prompted them to take me to A&E as the reading was off. I would just like to pass on my sincerest thanks to the Paramedics as this started the ball rolling on something that ultimately led to a hole in my heart being discovered and now I will be undergo an operation to fix it. If they had not of taken me in that night they may never have found it. It was a Male and Female and they picked me up from North End. My name is Kimberley Linehan. Thank you so much.
