About: Michael Carlisle Centre / Burbage Ward

(as a service user),

I would like to thank all the staff for looking after me whilst I have been here. You are all very attentive + caring. The food was lovely, especially considering the very small budget I imagine you have to work with, 

You really are a great team and you should all be proud of the work you do, in challenging circumstances.

Sorry for the delay in responding, but thank you so much for your comments and it is pleasing to hear of your positive experience on the ward. I have ensured the whole team has seen your comments, as even though your experience is our aim for everyone in our care, it is satisfying to know when this this is achieved.
