About: Florence House Medical Practice

I made an appointment with a midwife but cancelled it as i decided on other options which i knew my doctor would . Nothing to do with my doctors. However when i cancelled my appointment, the midwife then proceeded to call my mother!!!! And asked why id cancelled it. I am furious, the midwife has now put me in a very uncomfortable situation and added extra stress on me when it isnt needed. You have my phone number why not call me directly?! What happened to discreet and private consultations?!

I am extremely sorry to hear this and of the situation you are now in and fully understand your frustration.

The midwife runs her clinic from our centre and works for the community services and is not employed by ourselves.

I will find out who you should contact to discuss the matter further and will be in touch as soon as I have the information.
