I was referred to Loddon Vale to the Minor Operation Surgical Unit and have had a pleasant experience from start to finish. The ease of booking the appointment and the professionalism and mannerisms of all staff is commendable. The procedure was explained and really made me feel at ease. So a huge thank you to the surgical unit team for doing such a wonderful job!
