"Wrong treatment"

About: Mp Victoria Mill

I was given the wrong treatment on several occasions for a facial skin problem (wart) which I ended up paying a private clinic to deal with. But the passage of time has allowed the wart to spread; I now feel disfigured and embarrassed. My first consultation about the wart the GP didn't even look and said it was Impetigo, prescribing an antibiotic which was pointless. I used that needlessly for two months. Then I was prescribed salicylic acid which you aren't meant to (can't really) use on the face. Another time I waited at the clinic and we were all sent away because the GP didn't turn up.

I am sorry your experience of our general practice was not what you expected. Would you like to contact the surgery and ask to make an appointment with the Practice Operations Manager to discuss your concerns?
