"sorry no appointments"

I tried to make an appointment for 2 weeks time to discuss my test I had done 2 weeks ago which were rushed through by the hospital as I had a stroke in december only to be told cant have one for over 3 weeks. I explained the reasons but the receptionist said rudely its 3 weeks or nothing. They need to learn some respect and how to be polite. Over all they are a waste of time they are to busy playing on their phones or chatting about what they are doing that night wouldnt go there if I didnt need the answers to my treatment and what caused it
