About: Newton Heath Medical Centre

We have been a patient for the last 23 years, during this time we've found the reception staff very unprofessional e.g. rude manners on the phone, moody, miserable, arrogant and very unapproachable. However, we have noticed for the past few years a tremendous difference within the staff. A big thumbs up to three members of staff and several others for there excellent customer service towards us. Keep up the good work! Many Thanks.
