"Reception staff is rude and doctors won't help you"

I have been waiting for a on access to medical report for over half a year, chased the practise myself and ten insurance company number of times without any success. always got the same rude answer back the doctors are busy and they will do it when they have time, they have back log of these since January. This now resulted to my application being cancelled and I'm taking it to he formal complaint due to the practise failing to supply the medial report! If you want an emergent. Appointment is also a miss and with the best of luck they send you to a North Manchester hospital. if you do get an appointment booked a weeks in advance then stil private yourself to wait for minimum of an hour and if it's for your kids then good luck with that! I had recently appointment booked for my 2 year old sons blood test gene we finally got called by the nurse just went oh I hope you're not here for a blood test because I don't do kids of this age and when I saw your appointment on Tuesday I told reception to cancel it (my appointment was Thursday). Bare in mind the person who booked it was a doctor who Should have known this. So we got Send back home and waited for an hospital letter. This must be by far the worse GP I hav ever been with and I will not be leaving before I submit a formal complaint and get the things resolved!!!!!
