I was very apprehensive on my very first visit to this hospital, however there was no need to be the staff from porters to housemaids to cleaners to trainees and professionally qualified nurses and doctors all made me feel at ease and I settled into my 6 days stay easily.
Nurses kept you informed of what you were being given medication wise and how it was going to be given. Doctors visited you on more than one occasion in any day to also advise you of the procedures being carried out, when and why and by whom. Even the surgeon came to visit me 2 twice, before and after the operation which i sincerely appreciated.
Food was hot, tasty and appetising on the plate.
can't rate my stay any better, my only disappointment was the name badges, some wore them and some didn't ...I'm a first name girl and its not always easy to remember all staffs names unless its made aware on the badges. I guess the important people did wear their badges but would have liked to have seen all staff wear theirs. As they all new my name!
