Having just returned from a hernia operation at the day surgery of Gloucester Royal I feel that I must comment on the outstanding care and

Professional expertise I received .From the moment I arrived until my departure I was made to feel nurtured, empowered and treated with dignity.

The wonderful staff were charming.amusing and were prompt in allaying my fears and addressing my needs.

If I was the PM they would all get a pay rise straight away.
