"Not interested in listening to the patient's point of view"

About: St Bartholomew's Hospital / General medicine

(as a service user),

I attended an appointment with a relative and saw a doctor in respiratory at Bart's hospital who was very rude, unprofessional, childish & was not interested in listening to the patient's point of view at all. They kept interrupting when you tried to say anything & kept talking themselves. They tried to make us feel like our opinion didn't count at all just because they're a doctor. The fact is that we have seen many very good doctors and they are not one of them.
